What software do you use to record your music? And which instrument did you record first? See with all my new recording i'm finding it hard to record something and be able to keep in time for the other stuff to be put on top.

Well it's different now but this is using cubase to record the audio before filming anything (actually the song was recorded before I'd even signed up to youtube) then I filmed each part just playing along to the track, silenced the videos and synced them up to the actual track in imovie, and it took some plugins for imovie to manage the split screen. Most important thing is to approach it like a proper music video - song first then video, keeps it manageable...
